We follow a pay-per-use model, where each service request is manually reviewed and processed with care. To maintain quality and fairness, please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. Can I cancel my request after payment?
Once your payment is made and the form/document is submitted, the service is considered confirmed. Since we begin processing your request shortly after, cancellations are not possible post-submission.
2. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once a service has been paid for and submitted. Each request triggers immediate allocation of expert time and effort, regardless of when delivery happens.
3. What if I submitted the wrong file or form?
Please double-check your file and form before submitting. If you’ve made an error, contact us within 30 minutes of submission. We’ll try our best to assist, but adjustments are not guaranteed if work has begun.
4. Why are refunds restricted?
Our services are manually processed and follow a clear Turnaround Time (TAT) depending on the service:
- Plagiarism Detection: 24–48 hours
- Proofreading: 2-3 working days
- Data Analysis Consultation: 2-3 working days
- Research Strategy Consultation: 2-3 working days
As our team begins working soon after your request, refunding mid-way is not feasible. We appreciate your understanding.
5. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
We understand that it could happen. And we do our best to meet expectations.
Each of the following services includes a One-time Minor revision. You can reach out to us (reply on the email thread) within 24 hours from delivery of final report.

Please note that our services are academic in nature and have been thoughtfully priced to remain accessible while ensuring high-quality support. Since our team begins working on requests promptly after submission, and each service involves expert time and effort, we are unable to offer refunds .

6. Do you offer partial refunds or credits?
No. Since all services are priced at a flat ₹199, we do not offer partial refunds or carry forward unused amounts.
