What is included in the ₹199/month membership?
The membership gives you access to all our subscription services such as: plagiarism + AI scans (within monthly word limits), proofreading requests, research consultations & Data Analysis strategy consultationns (within request limits).
What services are not included in the membership?
Large or specialized projects such as full data analysis, complete report drafting, or customized research solutions fall under our Pro Services and are billed separately with custom quotations.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make each month?
Yes, each membership comes with fair usage limits (e.g., plagiarism+AI scans up to 2,000 words/month,).
What happens if I cross my request limit?
You can either wait for your monthly quota to reset or use the Request a Service option to avail more services at per service pricing.
How do I pay for the subscription?
We use secure payment gateways.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid billing period.
If I cancel and rejoin later, will my benefits continue?
Yes, you can rejoin anytime. However, renewal bonuses (like extra 500 words for continuous membership) apply only if you renew without a gap.
Is my data safe with you?
Absolutely. We treat all research material with strict confidentiality and never share your documents with any third party. Also we do not store your work beyond a temporary handling period.
What services do you offer?
We offer research support services under 2 categories. 1st is a subscription bundle having Plagiarism+AI scan, Proofreading, Data analysis support, Research planning expert support. And 2nd category includes advance research services like Complete Data Analysis, Research Proposal drafting etc. You may request a service if it is not mentioned on the website. All services are related to research & PhD—all 100% online.
How can I get started with your service?

Do you work with students and researchers?
Yes! We work with students, research scholars, PhD candidates, and academic professionals.
Is this service online or do I need to visit your office?
We are 100% online. You can access everything through emails and WhatsApp.
What kind of data analysis do you help with?
We help with SPSS, R, Excel, Python, and NVivo.
We also help in interpretation and step by step guides for your data based on your research design. We assist in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Can you help with questionnaire design and analysis?

What is included in proofreading?
We correct grammar, sentence structure, clarity, and formatting—ensuring your document is polished and professional.
Will you format my thesis or dissertation as per university guidelines?
Yes, you will receive a verified e-certificate on completion of the lecture or workshop.
What are the payment options?
You can pay via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Cards.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes, your documents are 100% confidential. We never share your work with anyone.
Additionally, we do not store any documents beyond a temporary holding period of 24 hours (in case you need some minor revisions).

What if I need some Changes in my report or Analysis?
We do provide 1 minor revision (for Proofreading & Consultations).
It needs to be communicated within 24 hours of delivery.
What counts as 'Minor Revision' in Proofreading service?
• Correcting tiny slips we missed (1–2 typos, punctuation marks, wrong italic/bold)
• Re-applying a house style you already specified but we overlooked (e.g., change all “et al.” to “et al”)
• Fixing a misplaced comment bubble or tracked-change tag
What counts as 'Minor Revision' in Data Analysis Consultation?
• Clarifying a step we already explained (e.g., how to run the t-test in SPSS)
• Correcting a formula typo in the code we supplied
• Re-sending a missing attachment
What counts as 'Minor Revision' in Research Design & Strategy Consultation?
• Re-phrasing a recommendation for clarity
• Pointing you to an additional reference for a method we already suggested
What if my changes are not covered under 'Minor Revision'?
If it’s a quick fix to what we already delivered, it’s minor; if it’s new content, new scope, or large-scale rework, please submit a new request so we can give it the time and care it deserves.
